Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Laser Cutting Machines as per production plans.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, job orders, and technical specifications.

Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings.

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments for optimal cutting quality.

Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.

Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.

Maintain production records and machine operation logs.

Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of machines.

Minimize material wastage and optimize machine utilization.

Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
