About the Company

MA Scaffolding Formwork is a manufacturer of heavy steel formwork, scaffolding material, PEB structures, and customized fabrication products for infrastructure and construction projects.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Bending & CNC Shearing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Press Brake / CNC Bending Machine for accurate sheet-metal bending.
- Operate CNC Shearing Machine for precision sheet cutting.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and bending requirements.
- Set machine parameters, tools, dies, and programs as required.
- Check sheet thickness, dimensions, bend angles, and finished components.
- Carry out first-piece inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy during production.
- Identify and report machine or tooling issues.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working practices around machines.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Quality teams.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of sheets and finished components.

Required Skills




- Practical experience in CNC Bending / Press Brake Machine Operation.
- Experience in CNC Shearing Machine Operation.
- Basic knowledge of sheet-metal fabrication.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions.
- Knowledge of different sheet thicknesses and bending operations.
- Basic understanding of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Measuring Tape.
- Knowledge of machine safety and preventive care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade preferred.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.

Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in CNC bending, press brake, CNC shearing, or sheet-metal fabrication.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
