Key Responsibilities

- Operate CMM machines to perform dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies.

- Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; standards.

- Program CMM machines using [specific software, e.g.,Calypso].

- Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on the CMM equipment.

- Identify and document deviations from specifications and recommend corrective actions.

- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to address quality issues.

- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and prepare reports.

- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and safety standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a CMM Operator (minimum 3 years).

- Proficiency in programming CMM+CAD Programming.

- Strong understanding of GD&T;, technical drawings, and blueprints.





- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team workplace.

- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.

- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
