We are hiring for a leading Life Insurance Company.
Role: Cluster Training Manager
Channel: Banca
Location: Bhopal, Indore
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product, sales, and process training for bank branch staff and insurance teams.
- Drive learning and development initiatives across the assigned cluster.
- Ensure timely completion of training calendars and certification programs.
- Improve sales productivity through coaching, field accompaniment, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support business growth objectives.
- Coordinate with bank and insurance stakeholders to identify training needs.
Requirements:
Experience in Life Insurance Training / Banca Training
Solid presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes
