Roles and Responsibilities

· Valuable exposure to secured LAP & Gold loan

· Leading a team of Wealth Managers & ensure meeting the team's targets as assigned.

· Hiring, Impart regular training, coaching, developing the team to achieve key metrices

. Responsibsible for sales and collection

· Sales strategies to improve market share and Identification of business potential areas

· Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.

· Formulating business strategies to ensure each Wealth Manager should be reached at maximum productivity as decided by management

· Conduct market research for Loans products and survey activities of villages/ districts.

· Proper coordination with Credit and Operations team for login to disbursement.

· Monitoring proper field visits

· Ensure business growth and diversity of products in the region as per business plan
