- Responsible for the revenue generation of the stores.

- Set and track sales goals and objectives for assigned stores.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.

- Coach and develop store managers and staff to ensure they are meeting or exceeding expectations.

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales and profitability.

- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide feedback.

- Resolve customer complaints and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.

- Administer budgets and ensure that assigned stores are operating within budget.

- Ensure that all teams members adhere to company policies and procedures

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
