Job Responsibility:

1. Talent Acquisition & Staffing

- Plan and execute manning availability at cluster stores as per budget approvals
- Ensure talent pool- Front end through walk-ins/NGOs & store level positions for respective cluster
- Build Talent pool for festive manpower/Additional support for EOSS

2. HR Operations & Process Excellence

- Ensure adherence to Hiring Process/ Zero errors in offer generation / Minimum TATs followed against Vacant vs Joining dates/ Monthly Audits/Dashboards- Cluster
- Drive all aspects of HR success dashboard - 100% adherence of all critical HR deliverables
- Plan & execute Brand Staff onboarding & ensure 100% attendance mapping &Productivity;
- Drive & implement HR related policies & initiatives especially Sambandh/Transfer perks etc & timely submission with trackers for payments
- Drive HR Statutory Compliance in each store/Reviews through Dashboards/MIS
- Ensure zero errors with respect to payroll inputs & other benefits with respect to employees & payments.
