ROLE – Sr. Manager CLOUD INFR

Cloud computing continues to allow us to modernize and consolidate IT infrastructure, automate workloads, and pursue next-generation innovation. To continue this transformation As a Cloud Operations Team Lead, the primary objective will be to lead the systems & infrastructure team and partner supporting hosted & cloud services, Also will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of all aspects of infrastructure & cloud services from strategy, design, delivery, and both 2nd and 3rd line technical support

2: Duties &

responsibilities of this job)  Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.  Should possess knowledge of Terraform and have experience in working in multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).  Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.  Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy cloud environments.  Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.  Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.  Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.  Compliance and security responsibility  Support technology and customer operational environments  Building the effectiveness, productivity and performance of the team.



 Collaboration and building relationships with project/development teams within the business.  Collaboration with Network and security team.  Cost management and usage management.

4: Key Challenges

 Syncing of application servers which are native and upgradation done in DC which doesn’t get auto replicated in DR.

 Post collocation of DC realigning all servers at DR and auto syncing of all servers.  Syncing of servers with outdated operating system in which OS upgradation is not possible due to application limitation.

 Minimize the RTO while keeping both DC and DR server with same IP subnet. 5: Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be followed).

 All project implementation or POC should be cleared for Lead DR.  Staff powers-recruit employees, train and appraise them.  Current Product Evaluation with OEM’s. 6: Job Requirements (Describe the educational requirements, suggested year and type of experience, nature and extent of skills/abilities required for the desired position).
