We are seeking a Product Owner – DevOps (AWS + Azure) to mentor and guide learner teams in designing and developing cloud-native and DevOps solutions for real-world business problems. The PO will support learners through a structured, sprint-based XPro, helping them understand cloud and DevOps concepts, identify requirements, define product solutions, and apply industry-standard practices across AWS and Azure environments.

- Responsibilities of PO:Product Owners are responsible for interacting with learners at the end of every sprint.

- Discuss DevOps and Cloud concepts through practical examples that simulate workplace scenarios, helping learners understand what is expected in a modern DevOps workplace.

- Bring relevant industry experience and real-world practices into learner interactions, particularly around AWS, Azure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, containers, monitoring, and cloud deployment.

- Be aware of the sprint objectives, learner progress,



and agenda to be discussed prior to each session.

- Share industry experiences and best practices in the context of the learner project and problem statement.

- Keep learners apprised of current industry trends, technologies, and practices in Cloud and DevOps.

- Review and assess sprint deliverables, providing constructive feedback on the product direction, technical approach, and overall solution.

- Guide learners in understanding business requirements, product expectations, scalability, security, reliability, and operational considerations while developing their solutions.

- Help learners connect their technical implementation with real-world business and product requirements.

- Train and mentor new Project Managers to effectively facilitate learner teams and support sprint-based project execution.
