Requirements

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud operations, or a related field.

- Strong foundational knowledge of virtualization platforms, including VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, KVM, OpenStack, or similar technologies.

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and services, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.

- Experience managing compute, storage, and networking resources in hosted or private cloud environments.

- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, DNS, VPNs, load balancers, routing, and VLANs.

- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, including patch management, system hardening, and performance monitoring.





- Familiarity with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or equivalent technologies.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, technical support, or customer support is mandatory.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical issues and solutions effectively.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong ownership, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach to infrastructure support and service delivery.
