- Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, tailored to organizational needs.
- Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing, ensuring optimal performance and security of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 services.
- Data Migration: Migrate data from onpremises or legacy systems to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Automation: Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, compliance policies, and data loss prevention strategies to protect organizational data.
- Collaboration: Work with cross functional teams to assess business requirements and recommend best practices for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide enduser training and technical support to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to Microsoft 365 services.
The Expertise We're Looking For
- Exceptional Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: 3- 5 years.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration with a solid understanding of cloud technologies.

- Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
