We are looking for an experienced Manager Closing to handle high-value real estate transactions and support the final stage of the sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings, managing negotiations, and ensuring a smooth closing process while maintaining compliance with real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and close high ticket-size real estate deals effectively.
- Handle walk-in clients at the site and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
- Prepare and explain cost sheets, payment plans, and project details to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, legal, and finance for seamless deal closure.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and GST regulations during the closing process.




- Maintain accurate client records and update data in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales closure targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and channel partners.

Requirements

- 34 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in closing sales.
- Experience handling high-value property transactions.
- Good knowledge of RERA regulations, GST, and cost sheet preparation.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and pricing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong focus on target achievement and customer relationship management.
