Role
We are looking for a Closing Manager to manage the end-to-end closure of real estate transactions, from booking to agreement, payments, registration and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track the complete closing process for multiple customers.
- Coordinate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders , including Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, banks, channel partners and customers.
- Track payments, outstanding amounts, loan sanctions and disbursements.
- Coordinate agreements, documentation and property registrations.
- Resolve customer queries and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate transaction records, trackers and closure reports.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams to drive timely closures.
- Identify process gaps and improve the overall closing experience.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate closures, CRM, post-sales or transaction management .
- Experience working with and managing multiple internal and external teams/stakeholders .
- Strong understanding of real estate documentation, payments, registrations and home loans.
- Excellent coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Experience with premium residential real estate will be an advantage.
