We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Clinical Specialist / Perfusionist to drive the clinical adoption, training, and technical execution of our Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) medical devices across corporate hospital networks in India.In this role, you will act as the technical backbone of our sales team. You will lead live machine demonstrations in operating theatres (OT), conduct hands-on product training for hospital technicians and surgical oncology teams, and provide expert on-site clinical standby support.

Core Responsibilities

- Intraoperative Case Support: Attend live advanced cancer operations in the OT to guide hospital technicians and surgical oncologists on the setup, priming, calibration, and optimal parameters of our HIPEC equipment.
- KOL Engagement: Build and maintain strong technical relationships with leading Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)—primarily Surgical Oncologists, Gynae/Gastro Surgeons.
- Clinical Training & CMEs: Design and deliver structured product training, simulation workshops, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) seminars for hospital staff.




- Product Demonstrations: Lead technical presentations and product mock-ups during corporate hospital evaluation pitches, procurement tenders, and national medical conferences.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Feedback: Act as the first line of technical response for equipment errors in the field. Coordinate closely with the backend biomedical service engineering team to resolve system issues.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Technical Product Expertise: Deep understanding of thermal fluid dynamics, pump flow mechanics, heat exchangers, and closed/open perfusion methods.
- Corporate Communication: Robust presentation skills in English and local languages.
- OT Decorum: Strict adherence to sterile techniques, hospital code protocols, and absolute composure in high-stress, prolonged surgical environments.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month
