About the Role

We are looking for a Female Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support clinical research activities, patient coordination, documentation, and study operations in the fertility and women’s healthcare domain.

The candidate will work closely with doctors, investigators, patients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of clinical studies while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of clinical research studies.
- Assist in patient screening, recruitment, enrollment, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate patient records, case report forms (CRFs), and study documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors/investigators for patient assessments and study-related activities.
- Schedule patient visits, investigations, and follow-ups as per the study protocol.
- Ensure timely collection and maintenance of clinical data and reports.
- Track patient consent forms, medical records, laboratory reports, and other study documents.
- Support preparation and maintenance of essential study files.
- Coordinate with laboratories, diagnostic centers, CROs, and other external stakeholders when required.
- Monitor study timelines and maintain regular follow-up with patients.
- Assist in preparing study-related reports, trackers, and presentations.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information.
- Follow applicable clinical research guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team during audits, monitoring visits, and documentation reviews.




- Coordinate with the medical and research team for any study-related queries or discrepancies.

Qualification

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Clinical Research, Nursing, or a related field.
- Certification/course in Clinical Research will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in clinical research, CRO, hospital, IVF/fertility clinic, or healthcare research.
- Freshers with relevant clinical research training may also be considered.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of clinical research processes and documentation.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic data management.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, patients, laboratories, and internal teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and study-related information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare/research environment.
