We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Fresher to join our clinical research team. The candidate will support the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of clinical research activities while ensuring compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day clinical research study activities.
- Support clinical trial documentation and maintain study-related records.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining essential study documents and Trial Master File (TMF) records.
- Coordinate with investigators, study teams, clinical sites, and other stakeholders.
- Support collection, review, and maintenance of clinical trial data and documents.
- Assist in identifying and reporting protocol deviations or documentation issues to the appropriate team members.
- Participate in study meetings and training sessions.
- Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Clinical Research and Clinical Trials.
Preferred Candidates
- Fresh graduates with a background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, or related fields.
