Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Project Associate role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The Clinical Project

Associate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials and real-world studies in pharmacy, dental, and life sciences domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in protocol implementation, maintaining study documentation, coordinating with investigators and site staff, and helping ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.



The role involves tracking project timelines and deliverables, supporting data collection and query resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as data management, medical writing, and statistics.

The Clinical Project

Associate will also contribute to site training activities, support communication between internal and external stakeholders, and participate in quality and compliance processes as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with investigators, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as organizing tasks, tracking timelines, managing documentation, and supporting study coordination.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to assist in site initiation, educate site staff on study procedures, and support internal knowledge-sharing.
- Candidates should possess Research skills, including familiarity with clinical research processes, literature review, and basic understanding of study design and GCP principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Dental, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- Prior internship or experience in clinical research, CRO, hospital research department, or related domain is preferred.
- Valuable proficiency in MS Office tools and basic clinical data documentation practices.
