We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience and strong Clinical Operations domain knowledge, along with good SQL and Reporting/Analytics skills, to provide support to business users.

Key Responsibilities:





- Resolve business user tickets independently.
- Support queries related to Clinical Operations.
- Analyse and troubleshoot reports and NLQ outputs.
- Investigate data discrepancies and perform data reconciliation.
- Work with business users to resolve reporting and data-related issues.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Operations.
- Valuable hands-on experience with SQL.
- Experience in Reporting and Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
