Role Description This is a full-time, in office Clinical Nurse role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Clinical

Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and supporting physicians and specialists in dermatology, dental care, and physiotherapy.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, preparing and managing treatment rooms, educating patients and families on care plans, and ensuring infection control and safety standards are consistently followed. The role also involves coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, supporting clinic operations such as appointment flow, and contributing to a positive,



respectful environment for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic emergency response.
- Experience in outpatient or clinic settings, preferably in dermatology, dental, or physiotherapy environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple patients, documentation, and procedures efficiently.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and using basic healthcare documentation systems.
- Commitment to infection control, hygiene protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing) and valid nursing registration as required by local regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Willingness to learn and update clinical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
- Basic proficiency in local language(s) and English to communicate instructions and document care appropriately.
