We are looking for dedicated and clinically oriented Clinical Assistants (RMO) to join our Hematology Department. The role involves providing day-to-day clinical care, monitoring patients, assisting consultants, and ensuring timely coordination of investigations and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and monitor patients admitted under the Hematology Department.
- Conduct regular patient rounds and document clinical findings.
- Monitor vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
- Assist consultants during clinical assessments and procedures.
- Review investigation reports and promptly communicate significant findings to the treating consultant.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients receiving chemotherapy, transfusions, and other hematology-related treatments, as per hospital protocols and scope of practice.
- Identify clinical deterioration and initiate appropriate escalation and emergency response.
- Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, treatment records, and discharge documentation.
- Coordinate with Nursing, Laboratory, Blood Bank, Pharmacy, and other clinical departments.
- Ensure proper clinical handover between shifts.
- Assist in emergency management and resuscitation when required.
- Follow infection prevention, medication safety, patient safety, and hospital protocols.




- Maintain compliance with applicable NABH standards and departmental policies.

For Clinical Assistant
- MBBS / BAMS / BHMS, as applicable to the position and hospital requirements.
- Relevant clinical experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with exposure to Hematology, Oncology, General Medicine, ICU, or Emergency Care will be preferred.
