Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Audiologist role based in Ghaziabad.

The Clinical

Audiologist will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and other diagnostic tests, and interpret results to develop individualized treatment plans. The role involves fitting, programming, and verifying hearing aids and other assistive listening devices, as well as providing counseling and aural rehabilitation to clients and their families.

The Clinical

Audiologist will collaborate with speech therapists and other healthcare professionals,



maintain accurate clinical records, and participate in follow-up care and periodic re-evaluations to ensure optimal outcomes. The position also includes educating clients on hearing health, device care, and realistic expectations from treatment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge and clinical skills in Audiology, including diagnostic testing and interpretation.
- Experience in Hearing Aid Dispensing, including selection, fitting, programming, and ongoing device management.
- Skills in Speech and Speech Therapy, with the ability to coordinate care for clients with communication disorders.
- Competence in Aural Rehabilitation, including counseling, auditory training, and patient education.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology, Speech and Hearing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant qualified certification or license as required by local regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered and ethical approach to care.
- Ability to work on-site, manage a clinical schedule, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
