Role Description The Clinical Audiologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The individual will conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, diagnostic audiological tests, and assessments for clients across age groups. Daily responsibilities include recommending and fitting hearing aids, programming and fine-tuning devices, and providing follow-up care to ensure optimal hearing outcomes.

The role also involves delivering aural rehabilitation and basic speech-related interventions as needed, counseling clients and families on hearing health,



and maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.

The Clinical

Audiologist will collaborate with other allied health professionals, support patient education initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Audiology, including diagnostic assessments and clinical decision-making.
- Skills in Hearing Aid Dispensing, including selection, fitting, programming, verification, and patient counseling.
- Experience or exposure in Speech and Speech Therapy support, particularly related to hearing-related communication difficulties.
- Competence in Aural Rehabilitation, including auditory training, communication strategies, and family education.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Speech and Hearing, from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration or license as required by local regulatory bodies.
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage clinical responsibilities independently.
- Comfort with using audiology equipment, hearing aid software, and electronic medical records.
- Prior experience in clinical audiology or pediatric/adult hearing care is an advantage.
