Cosmoweave Skin, Laser & Hair Transplant Centre seeks an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to take responsibility for day-to-day operations and lead the existing staff team.

Location: Jammu | Full time, on-site

Working hours: Approximately 12 noon to 8–9 PM, depending on workload. Sunday off.

Reporting: Directly to the clinic owner.

Salary: ₹30,000 per month onwards, depending on capability and experience.

Accommodation: Provided free of cost for an outstation candidate relocating to Jammu.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years of relevant management experience; 4+ years preferred.
- Previous experience managing a clinic, hospital or nursing home is strongly preferred. Candidates with substantial experience managing a service business may also apply.
- A medical, nursing, allied-health or healthcare-management qualification is desirable.
- Excellent communication, organisation and staff-supervision skills.
- Sound judgment, initiative and the ability to resolve routine operational problems independently.
- Confidence using computers, spreadsheets and appointment or billing software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




- Organise daily clinic operations, appointments and patient flow.
- Allocate staff duties, supervise performance and ensure tasks are completed.
- Maintain professional patient communication and handle service concerns.
- Coordinate inventory, vendors, maintenance and administrative records.
- Monitor billing processes and provide clear operational reports to the clinic owner.
- Establish practical routines and checklists that improve reliability and accountability.

This role requires demonstrated management responsibility and team leadership.
