Clinic Manager - Operations, HR & Patient Counselling To ensure Poise runs smoothly every day, the staff follows clinic standards, patients receive professional communication, and Instagram/WhatsApp enquiries are converted into appropriate consultations and procedures — without compromising ethical medical decision-making.

1. Staff Management (~ 40%)

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, breaks & leaves

- Ensure proper grooming, uniform & behaviour

- Manage daily task allocation & workflow

- Handle staff issues, conflicts and performance

- Ensure rooms, reception and procedures are on time

- Training of current staff & continuous improvement

- Patient Counselling (Instagram/WhatsApp) (* 30%)

- Respond to enquiries with approved treatment options

- Explain procedures, benefits, sessions, downtime & pricing

- Guide patients to book consultations





- Maintain a polite, professional and ethical tone

- Clinical recommendations remain with the doctor3

Lead Conversion & Follow-up (a 15%)

- Track enquiry → consultation → procedure pipeline

- Follow up on pending leads and appointments

- Maintain lead status and patient database

- Coordinate with doctor and staff for smooth flow

Recruitment & Replacement (a 15%)

- Maintain HR pipeline of candidates

- Shortlist, interview and coordinate joining

- Identify replacements for staff on leave/resignation

- Maintain records of staff details, documents & notice periods

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
