Clinic Manager – Pediatric Therapy Centre

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on skills & experience

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Clinic Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy pediatric therapy centre. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, good with parents and therapists, and capable of independently managing clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

- Manage daily appointment and therapy session schedules
- Coordinate schedules between therapists, children and parents
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and parent communication
- Manage session attendance, cancellations, rescheduling and follow-ups
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure sessions run smoothly and on time
- Maintain accurate records of children, sessions and appointments
- Coordinate with parents regarding packages, sessions, payments and schedules
- Follow up on pending payments and maintain payment-related records
- Handle day-to-day clinic administration and operational issues
- Ensure a smooth experience for parents and children visiting the clinic
- Coordinate with the doctor/clinic owner regarding schedules, requirements and operational matters




- Identify operational problems and take timely action to resolve them
- Maintain discipline, coordination and efficiency across the clinic

Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in clinic management, healthcare administration, front-office management, hospitality or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with parents over phone and WhatsApp
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Should be proactive, responsible and capable of taking ownership
- Experience in a pediatric clinic, therapy centre, hospital or healthcare setup will be an advantage

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month

Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, operational ability and overall suitability for the role.
