Job Title: Clinic In charge

Location: Barsat (W.B.)

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate/ MBA / PG in Hospital Management
- Preferably with Hospital Management background

Experience Required:

- 5 to 8 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

- Ensure smooth functioning of the clinic as a self-sustaining unit
- Adhere to organizational systems, processes, rules, and regulations

Target & Budget Management:

- Achieve predetermined targets within the allocated budget
- Prepare budget estimates for services and monitor utilization

Coordination:

- Handle coordination and correspondence with the Support Office

Marketing & Promotion:

- Ensure effective marketing and promotion of clinic services
- Drive client footfall and service utilization

Client Care:





- Ensure high standards of client handling and satisfaction

Financial Management:

- Maintain proper accounting of daily income and expenses

Staff Management:

- Manage staff attendance, leave, discipline, and performance
- Promote teamwork and a positive work workplace

Desired Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of clinic/hospital operations
- Financial and administrative management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
