House of Aesthetics is a premium cosmetology and medical aesthetics clinic specializing in advanced skin transformations, hair restoration, and modern laser treatments. Following our strong presence in Lucknow, we are expanding our aesthetic care and client experience to Dehradun. We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to drive daily operations and lead our clinic team.

Role Overview

As the Clinic Manager, you will lead the operational and client experience vertical of our Dehradun branch. You will manage front-desk workflows, coordinate client consultations with cosmetologists/laser experts, drive treatment plan conversions, and uphold luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Journey: Manage end-to-end front office operations, client check-ins, appointment scheduling, billing, and seamless post-treatment follow-ups.

Client Engagement & Conversions: Coordinate between clients and cosmetologists/aesthetic experts to explain treatment packages, memberships, and skincare regimens to maximize conversion and retention.

Team Supervision: Guide front-desk coordinators, skin therapists/technicians, and housekeeping staff; manage shift schedules and ensure professional floor etiquette.

Inventory & Stock Tracking: Oversee stock counts of cosmetic products, laser consumables, serums, and injectables; prevent stockouts and coordinate vendor orders.





Facility & Quality Standards: Ensure the clinic maintains luxury aesthetic appeal, strict clinical hygiene, sterilization protocols, and equipment upkeep.

Data & Business Reporting: Track daily appointments, walk-ins, sales collections, and expenses using MS Excel/CRM software; report weekly performance to head management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Clinic Manager, Center Head, or Front Office Manager in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Wellness, Luxury Med-Spa, or Premium Beauty Centers.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills (English and Hindi); strong grooming and professional presence.

Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of cosmetic treatments (lasers, facials, chemical peels, hair therapies) and comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel) along with POS/billing software.

Leadership & Multitasking: Capable of handling VIP client escalations, targets, and multi-member team operations smoothly under pressure.

Location: Dehradun resident or open to immediate relocation.
