“Metamorphosis Clinic” brings beauty and transformation together with a touch of science and care. We are chain of multiple aesthetic clinics dealing in skin, hair and obesity in Delhi and Mumbai.

We are looking for skilled and experienced Clinic Manager/ Counsellor to join our team at South Delhi, who can counsel ,make packages and protocols on problems related to obesity, hair and skin and having relevant experience in this field for 5 years.

Role and Responsibilities

· Responsible for all administrative aspects of a clinical facility.

· Responsible for reviewing treatment plans, communicating with executives and coordinating patient care plans.

· Supervises the day-to-day activities of a healthcare facility by handling both medical and administrative tasks.

.Supervising clinic's billing system, and inventory.

. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales target of the branch.

. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage new referrals

.



Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our services and effectively communicating their benefits .

. Counselling clients for treatments in our center and making protocols and packages for them.

.Having knowledge of treatments and their results.

. Ensuring client satisfaction by building rapport, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Work Location :- South Delhi

Educational Qualification & Skills Required: -

Graduation Mandatory

Experience in Cosmetic Clinic setup having knowledge of skin, hair and obesity treatments.

Experience Required :- Minimum 5 years

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Should have problem solving and decision-making qualities
