We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager with strong hands-on experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics , particularly in skin treatments and clinic operations .

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day clinic operations

Handle and supervise front desk & clinic staff

Ensure smooth patient/client experience

Manage appointments, follow-ups and daily coordination

Coordinate with doctors, therapists and other clinical staff

Handle patient/client queries and resolve concerns

Monitor clinic performance and operational activities

Ensure proper documentation, hygiene and SOP compliance

Support revenue generation and patient retention

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an Aesthetic / Dermatology / Skin Clinic

Strong understanding of skin treatments and aesthetic procedures

Experience managing clinic operations and staff

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and coordination abilities

Candidates from dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology or premium skin clinics are preferred
