About the Role

Climeto Sustainable Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Climate & Sustainability Data Analyst to work across Data Analytics, Client Management, Sustainability and EPR Compliance.

You will work with client business data, analyse and validate datasets, prepare MIS reports and trackers, coordinate with clients, and convert validated data into EPR compliance reports and filings.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse, clean, validate and organise large client datasets, including sales, purchase, product, packaging and invoice data.
- Identify data gaps, duplicates, inconsistencies and errors.
- Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups and other tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, compliance trackers and client reports.
- Support EPR compliance across Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, Used Oil and ELV.
- Prepare compliance data and support filings on CPCB/SPCB portals.
- Coordinate with clients through calls and emails to collect and clarify required data.
- Follow up on pending information and resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate, organised and audit-ready records.




- Track compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; backgrounds in Data Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, Management, Environmental Science, Engineering or Economics are preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Operations, Reporting, Compliance or Client Coordination.
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable handling large datasets with high accuracy.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn EPR regulations and environmental compliance.
- Client communication and follow-up skills are required.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in MIS, Data Analytics, Operations, Compliance or Reporting.
- Exposure to sustainability, environmental compliance or regulatory work.
- Knowledge of Zoho applications is an advantage.
