Job Summary

IMAGICAHEALTH is looking for a Client Support Executive to handle client communication, provide basic software support, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage queries and follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client communication through calls, emails, and Zoom meetings.
- Understand client queries and provide basic technical/software support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely updates.
- Maintain client records, reports, and trackers using MS Excel.
- Support client onboarding and provide day-to-day assistance.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved on time.
- Handle client concerns professionally and maintain good client relationships.
- Prepare regular support and activity reports for management.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Client Support, Helpdesk, BPO, or Office Coordination is preferred.




- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.
- CRM experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT/AI tools will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
