The Role

We are looking for a highly energetic and detail-oriented Client Success & Implementation Trainee. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technology and our enterprise clients, ensuring successful software adoption from day one.

You will own the client onboarding journey—collecting raw data on-site, using pro-level Excel workflows to cleanse and structure that data, configuring the backend setup inside our SaaS platform, and physically deploying QR code systems on the ground. This is a highly active, client-facing role that requires excellent communication and strong execution.

Note: This is a hybrid role combining data configuration and active client-site deployment travel across Noida/NCR.

Training & Compensation Structure

- First 3 Months (Probation/Training): A fixed stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
- Post 3 Months: Based on your successful learning, platform training evaluation, and performance during probation, your position will be regularized with a revised annual salary package.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Collection & Auditing: Visit corporate client sites to audit, catalog, and map their physical assets, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
- Pro-Level Data Cleansing: Own the data formatting lifecycle—taking messy,



unorganized client inventory lists and making them flawless using advanced Excel formulas and validation.
- SaaS Platform Configuration: Set up the client's account architecture and upload the cleansed datasets into the FusionEdge system using bulk-upload tools.
- System Deployment: Physically tag equipment with FusionEdge smart QR codes at the site and digitally map them to the live software system.
- Client Training & Adoption: Lead live product walkthroughs and training sessions for the client’s team and on-site staff, ensuring they understand application workflows.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary on-ground support contact to resolve client onboarding friction and basic technical queries.

Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate Profile)
- Corporate Communication (Non-Negotiable): Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. You must be confident, articulate, and professional when presenting to corporate stakeholders and client teams.
- Excel Mastery: Exceptional command over Microsoft Excel. You must be skilled at data cleansing, text manipulation functions, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and handling large data sheets without errors.
- Experience: Tech-savvy freshers with great communication and analytical skills are highly welcome, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Client Success, Software Implementation, Technical Support, or Operations.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (with a valid driving license) for travel to client properties across Noida/NCR.

Critical Filter Criteria

- Excellent English communication skills and qualified presentation.
- Advanced, pro-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleansing/formatting).
- Comfortable with a ₹10,000/month stipend for the initial 3 months.
- Possesses a personal bike/scooter for site travel.
