Monday - Saturday (6 Days Working)
We’re looking for a Senior Manager who can take complete ownership of client servicing, creative operations, team coordination, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication and relationships
Ensure timely delivery of creatives, reels, YouTube videos & other deliverables
Manage and coordinate graphic designers, video editors, copywriters & creative teams
Share daily work plans and delivery updates with clients
Review deliverables before they are shared with clients
Continuously improve creative and content quality
Convert client requirements into transparent tasks, timelines and priorities
Identify delays and bottlenecks early and ensure commitments are met
- Maintain accountability across multiple client accounts
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Is proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented, has strong client communication skills, can confidently manage creative teams, and knows how to maintain both quality and timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Agency experience is strongly preferred.
