About the Role

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The role involves understanding client requirements, managing day-to-day communication, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring that projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, timelines, and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Influencer Marketing, Campaign, Creative, Content, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Share campaign updates, timelines, deliverables, and reports with clients.
- Follow up with internal teams and ensure timely completion of client requirements.
- Handle client queries, feedback, changes, and concerns professionally and proactively.
- Prepare and share campaign proposals, presentations, reports, and other client communication when required.
- Keep track of campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and pending requirements.
- Identify potential issues or delays and communicate them to the concerned teams and clients in advance.
- Support the team in influencer selection, campaign coordination, content approvals, and execution.




- Ensure that client expectations are clearly communicated internally and that the final deliverables meet the agreed requirements.
- Contribute to client retention and building long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated with social media, influencer marketing, content trends, and digital campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, digital marketing, advertising, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/tasks and work within deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with teams and handling client feedback.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools.
- A positive understanding of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an agency, influencer marketing, advertising, or digital marketing environment will be preferred.
