Job Summary:

We are a 13 years young event management agency. We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Head. This senior role requires a highly skilled professional with 8-12 years of experience in event management in client servicing and business development.

The Client Servicing

Head will oversee client relationships, work closely with the sales team, and play a pivotal role in client pitching, briefing internal teams, and developing high-quality presentations. This role demands an individual with extensive event management experience, excellent communication skills, and expertise in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service, high satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their event needs are met with professionalism and creativity.
- Client Pitch & New Business Development:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify recent business opportunities and pitch our services to prospective clients.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and pitches with the Sales team to secure new business and expand current accounts.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations that align with client requirements and our agency’s event management expertise.
- Project Briefing & Coordination:
- Take detailed client briefs and ensure that all necessary information is captured accurately.
- Brief internal creative, design, and operations teams, ensuring all project requirements are understood and executed within timelines and budgets.
- Monitor the execution of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met and clients’ expectations are exceeded.
- Creative & Strategic Oversight:
- Collaborate with creative teams to design innovative, engaging event concepts based on client briefs.
- Presentation Development:




- Write high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, internal meetings, and event proposals.
- Ensure that presentations are visually compelling, well-structured, and clearly communicate ideas, plans, and event concepts.
- Use storytelling techniques to enhance the narrative of each presentation, tailoring them to specific client needs and objectives.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the Client Servicing team, ensuring alignment with the agency’s goals, client expectations, and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team and other departments to ensure smooth transitions from pitch to event execution.
- Event Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all aspects are seamless.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience:
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in client servicing, event management, and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the event management industry.
- Proven track record in managing high-profile events and successful event execution.
- Client Servicing Expertise:
- Strong experience in managing client accounts, pitching to new clients, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle complex client requests and provide creative solutions.
- Event Management Experience:
- In-depth understanding of the event management process, including event planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-site management.
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end execution of large-scale corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, etc.
- Presentation & Communication Skills:
- Expertise in creating and delivering high-impact PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and internal team briefings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to various client profiles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
