We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can independently handle corporate events from planning to on-ground execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing client relationships, coordinating logistics, and delivering events on time.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end event planning and execution (BTL activations, branding, exhibitions, conferences)
- Client coordination and servicing throughout the event lifecycle
- Preparing presentations and proposals for clients
- Vendor and on-ground team coordination
- Managing timelines and working effectively under deadlines
- Budget tracking and reporting using Excel
Requirements
- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate event execution only (candidates from wedding/social events background will not be considered)
- Strong hands-on experience with PowerPoint (presentation making) and Excel
- Comfortable using AI tools for daily work (drafting, planning, research)
- Excellent time management should be able to work under tight deadlines
- Disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented
- Smart communication skills, client-facing confidence
