Client Servicing Executive – Integrated

About the Role

Option Designs is looking for a Client Servicing Executive – Integrated who is enthusiastic, proactive, and client-focused. The role will involve managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from brief to delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of advertising agency workflows, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining good client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, content, production, and other internal teams for timely project execution.
- Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and other communication materials.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them updated on project progress.
- Coordinate client feedback with internal teams and ensure timely closures.
- Support the team in maintaining strong and long-term client relationships.
- Identify client requirements and opportunities for additional work wherever relevant.
- Ensure projects are executed smoothly while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Maintain proper records of client requirements, feedback, deliverables,



and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in an Advertising / Creative Agency will be preferred.
- Exposure to clients from print media, real estate, food & beverage, or related sectors will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
