: Account Manager – Social MediaWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Social Media to lead social media strategy, content planning, client management, campaigns, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients.
- Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and content ideas.
- Oversee content creation across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team to ensure content is aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage client communication, understand requirements, and present strategies and ideas.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
- Prepare and share monthly social media reports with clients.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
- Participate in shoots and basic content creation/editing when required.
- Manage audience engagement, including comments, messages, and enquiries.




- Manage and monitor Google Business Profile where required.
- Lead and guide the social media team, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
- Contribute towards brand awareness and positive online reputation.

What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
- Experience in content planning, strategy, and campaign management.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, guide, and coordinate a team.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of photography, video production, and editing.
- Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities.
