Position Title: Account Executive

Department: Client Servicing & Account Management

Reporting To: Servicing Team Lead / Account Supervisor

Location: Remote / Hybrid – Mumbai

Compensation: ₹3.0–4.5 LPA

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and client-focused Account Executive to join our servicing team. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day communication with clients, managing internal coordination with creative, design, and strategy teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery across multiple accounts. Beyond execution, the role calls for a consultative and sales-oriented mindset—someone who can spot upsell opportunities, build trust with clients, and contribute to account growth.

Ideal Candidate Attributes You’re someone who combines people skills with project discipline, and who sees client servicing not just as coordination—but as partnership.

You should bring:

- 1–3 years of experience in a client servicing role in a creative, digital, or integrated agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust understanding of brief writing, brand management, and agency workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools for task management, content, or productivity is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay responsive in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership, collaborative spirit, and a consultative approach to problem-solving

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
