Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The position involves managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding client requirements, and coordinating internally to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event and experiential projects.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, supporting pitch proposals, tracking project timelines, and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. The role also requires addressing client queries, ensuring a high standard of customer service, collaborating with creative and production teams,



and supporting post-event feedback and relationship building.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations and build long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service abilities to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management experience to oversee projects, monitor deliverables, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess confident Presentations skills to communicate concepts, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in event management, experiential marketing, or agency environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an advantage.
