Bang On Content is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who understands the pace, pressure and excitement of working in an creative advertising agency.

What you’ll do

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain solid working relationships.
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy and other internal teams to take projects forward.
- Prepare and communicate briefs, timelines and feedback clearly.
- Follow up on projects from brief to execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate pitches, presentations, campaigns and content requirements.
- Keep track of multiple projects and priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to build stronger client relationships and bring more work to the table.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an advertising/content/creative agency.
- Good understanding of advertising,



communication and agency processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Someone who is proactive, responsible and genuinely enjoys working in advertising.
