Job Overview

We are looking for Client Servicing professionals from Fresher to Senior Executive level to join our Mumbai team. The role involves client coordination, project management, event planning, and execution across corporate, virtual, hybrid, and on-ground events.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
- Manage communication and follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical, creative, design, web, video, and production teams.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, webinars, AGMs, town halls, product launches, and virtual/hybrid events.
- Track timelines, deliverables, event requirements, and project updates.
- Support client meetings, presentations,



proposals, pitches, and demos.
- Assist with event creatives, digital assets, videos, microsites, and production requirements.
- Support the team during live events and assist with post-event reports and feedback.
- Travel for client meetings and events as required.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers to experienced candidates can apply.
- Relevant experience in Client Servicing, Event Management, Corporate Events, Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and client-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours during events when required.
- Knowledge of Webcasting, Live Streaming, Digital Marketing, Video Production, or Virtual/Hybrid Events will be an added advantage.
