We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Servicing Executive with a strong background in the advertising industry to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

nKey Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day client communication and servicing .
n
- Understand client requirements and convert briefs into clear instructions for internal teams.
n
- Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and production teams .
n
- Manage campaign execution from brief to final delivery.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and with the required quality .
n
- Conduct client meetings and presentations when required.
n
- Handle client follow-ups, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
n
- Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
n
- Build and maintain strong, skilled relationships with clients.
n
- Stay updated with advertising, branding, digital marketing, and market trends .
n
- Support client-focused and sales-oriented business strategy planning .
n

nRequirements

n

n
- 2–5 years of experience in an advertising agency is mandatory.
n
- Strong experience in client servicing .
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
n
- Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns .
n
- Strong coordination, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
n
- MBA or Master’s in English will be an added advantage.
n
- Candidates with excellent communication and client-handling skills are preferred.
