Role Description- The Client Services Coordinator is a full-time, on-site job role . In this position, the coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, addressing service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal finance teams, maintaining accurate client records, preparing service reports, and supporting scheduling and follow-ups.
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle Enquiries from existing employees and provide timely assistance regarding administrative and workplace-related matters.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal coordination.
- Support HR and administration activities as assigned by the management.
