Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of installation, service, replacement, and product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage service requests received from customers, project sites, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers, Technicians, Sales, and other departments for timely resolution of service cases.
- Schedule and follow up on site visits, installations, inspections, and service calls.
- Maintain proper records and regular updates of all open and closed service cases.
- Track service complaints from initiation to final closure..
- Communicate with customers and provide regular updates regarding service status.
- Ensure timely escalation of pending or critical service issues to the reporting manager.




- Prepare daily/weekly service reports and maintain service-related documentation.
- Follow up with the concerned team until the issue is completely resolved.
- Maintain proper coordination between customers, project teams, technicians, and internal departments.

Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Solid follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in building materials, architectural products, construction, interiors, or related industries will be preferred.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in building materials, sanitaryware, hardware, architectural products, interior products, construction, or project-based businesses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
