We are seeking an experienced Account Vice President to lead key client partnerships and drive integrated marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen,
leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of brand building across channels.
You will be responsible for managing senior client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor, driving strategic conversations
Business Growth
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business
- Contribute to pitches and revenue growth initiatives
Campaign Management
- Lead integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital
- Ensure high-quality execution within timelines and budgets
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with planning and creative teams to develop impactful brand strategies
- Translate business objectives into effective communication plans
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide account teams to drive performance and growth
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture
Financial Oversight
- Manage account profitability, budgeting, and revenue tracking
- Ensure efficient cost management and billing processes
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
Experience & Skills
- 14–16 years in client servicing/account management within an agency setting
- Proven experience managing large clients and integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, media ecosystems, and consumer behaviour
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- A proactive, solution-oriented leader with the ability to drive results
