We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who can build solid relationships with our existing clients and ensure excellent service throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up with clients after order confirmation.

Ensure excellent after-sales service and maintain strong client relationships.

Regularly collect genuine client feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with clients from order placement through payment collection.

Understand and resolve client queries, concerns, and service-related issues.

Guide clients/participants regarding company products and services.

Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Proactively follow up with clients and ensure timely closure of their requirements.

Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Good understanding of products/services and ability to explain them clearly.

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups effectively.

Location Requirement

Candidates should ideally be located within 30–45 minutes of our office, as this role requires regular coordination with the team and clients.
