Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, understanding client goals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to agreed expectations.

The Client Relationship

Manager will coordinate with internal marketing, creative, and strategy teams, prepare and present performance reports, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value. The role includes overseeing project timelines, managing feedback cycles, supporting proposal development, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and commitments.



This position requires a focus on building long-term relationships, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to continuous improvement of client service processes.

Qualifications

- Solid client management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, branding, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns or projects.
- Proficiency in project coordination, including managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and handling multiple client accounts.
- Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, project management platforms, and presentation software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reports and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or consulting in a marketing or branding environment is preferred.
