Role Description The Client Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves managing day-to-day interactions with clients, understanding their business goals, and ensuring that digital marketing services align with their expectations. The individual will handle client inquiries, coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns, and provide regular updates and performance reports.

Responsibilities include building strong, long-term relationships, addressing concerns promptly, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.



The role also requires maintaining accurate records of client communication and participating in meetings to support strategic planning and service improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to oversee client portfolios and ensure service delivery.
