Role Description The Client Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, updates, and service-related issues. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, monitoring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.

The Client Relationship

Executive will prepare client reports, follow up on agreements and renewals, support onboarding processes, and maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools.



The role also involves participating in client meetings, gathering feedback, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to oversee client portfolios and ensure high service standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Client Relations and Relationship Building skills to maintain trust, manage expectations, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in client needs assessment and problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues and coordinate resolutions promptly.
- Relevant experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, or corporate advisory environments is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, with a client-centric attitude and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
